Waterberry Zambezi Lodge

A small and friendly lodge hidden in the woodlands on the banks of the Zambezi River, a mere 30’ from Livingstone

The Waterberry Zambezi Lodge is nestled in the seclusion of the Mopane Woodland on the banks of the spectacular Zambezi River. In the heart of the wild, the lodge offers wonderful views onto the Zimbabwean game park on the opposite bank. The Waterberry is also relatively close to town, making it the perfect setting for visiting the amazing Victoria Falls or enjoying the wide range of activities around Livingstone. It's also within easy reach of neighbouring Botswana, Zimbabwe and Namibia.

The main double-storey lodge, with magnificent views of the Zambezi, is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The thatched lodge has a large terrace, a floating sun deck as well as an upstairs viewing lounge and bar area.

The comfortable bedrooms are situated in thatched little cottages scattered across the lodge's sweeping lawns. Each bedroom offers views of either the riverbank or the secluded private dam with its beautiful birdlife. All the en-suite rooms have their own decks for sunbathing, birdwatching, private dinners or just relaxing…

Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or under the stars on the sun terrace overlooking the river. For those romantic African evenings, the lodge can organise a private dinner on the terrace of your room or on one of the secluded pontoons.

Boats are available at the lodge for fishing as well as for cruises and island picnics.
