Children’s Policy at Victoria Falls Safari
Lodge
Given its layout, design and location, the lodge is not recommended for young children.
-
Since the rooms are quite small, we do not
encourage children above the age of 12 to share a room with
adults. Extra beds can only fit children under the age of 12.
-
An option is to accommodate the child in a
single room. The room can inter-lead into the parent’s room
depending on availability. The next best option would be to book
rooms that are next to each other.
-
The policy is that children under the age of 12
get a 50% discount off the adult sharing rate. This would apply
when one child is sharing with one adult, or the 2 children
under 12 in a room. Or finally a child under 12 sharing with 2
adults.
-
The policy however changes when a child under
the age of 12 stays in a single room. In this instance the child
pays the full adult single rate.
Lokuthula
Lodge is very well suited to families with children.
-
Ndaba Conference Room - Set 70 metres from the hotel with its own bar, service kitchen and cloakrooms
-
Open Air Amphitheatre - Adjacent to the Ndaba Conference Centre, the Amphitheatre seats 120 guests
-
Boardroom - Situated within the central building and designed for informal conferences and dinners.
Important Reminder: The resort is situated in an unfenced wildlife area and guests must be accompanied by guides when embarking on walks outside the perimeters of the resort.
