The Pool Deck, Ilala Lodge, Victoria Falls

In the warm Zambezi months from August through to April the Ilala Pool is a necessity. Even in the cooler winter months of June and July visitors from northern climes will find it a welcome relief to be able to cool off.

The upper Zambezi is a year round destination and night time temperatures in mid-winter are clear, starlit and very mild.

Set in tropical gardens, with a steady murmur from the Victoria Falls, the Ilala Pool Deck is an ideal spot for pre-dinner drinks - any time of year!!
