Kubika restaurant combines wok style cooking with traditional
African dishes to create an atmosphere where friends can enjoy a
candle lit meal in the relaxed and casual outdoors.
Kubika when translated into the local vernacular means
“cooking”, and in keeping this, the dishes on offer have a
distinctly Zimbabwean theme.
Starters could include a delicious soup of the day or
succulent deep-fried Vumba cheese or sample of chicken liver
sitatunga which combines mushrooms and chicken livers enveloped
in light pastry.
The main course is a buffet including a variety of meats,
vegetables and marinades which are stir fried. This is a stir-fry with a difference or a "wok on the wildside" with delicacies such as venison, ostrich and crocodile
tails.
Dessert is always the Chef's choice!
